At Zeiya, we operate on a pre-order model to ensure the exclusivity and quality of every piece. Here is exactly what to expect when you place an order:
- Payment & Confirmation: Your order is secured immediately after payment is confirmed.
- Production Timeline: Kindly allow a production window of 7 to 10 business days as each piece is carefully crafted and undergoes a strict quality check prior to shipping.
- Express Delivery: Upon completion of production, orders are dispatched immediately. Delivery typically takes 2-4 business days, depending on your location.
- IMPORTANT: Delivery fees are not included in the pre-order price. Once product is ready for dispatch, our team will contact you to confirm shipping details. Please note that delivery rates vary on your location
